B2B terms
Terms of service.
These terms apply to paid AutoLab orders. Last updated: 31 August 2026.
1. Seller
AutoLab is operated by Pablo David Medail Escobio, trading as QbraXO, based in Benidorm, Alicante, Spain. Contact: autolab@qbraxo.com.
2. Business-only eligibility
The intended service is offered only to customers acting for business or professional purposes. It is not a consumer service. A customer must have authority to place the order and the right to submit the business data.
3. Intended service
For one accepted CSV of up to 2,000 business-company rows, AutoLab is designed to provide:
- validation and normalisation;
- exact and probable deduplication;
- B2B classification and explainable prioritisation;
- provenance, confidence and review flags;
- a cleaned CSV, readable report and audit manifest.
Contact sourcing, third-party enrichment, email verification, CRM integration and unlimited manual row-by-row review are excluded.
4. Price and payment
The Early Access price is the amount shown at checkout for one accepted list of up to 2,000 rows. The server-side price displayed at checkout controls; static marketing text does not reserve a price. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Payment precedes upload. Stripe confirms the payment and makes the invoice available using the billing details supplied at checkout.
5. Accepted input
Files must follow the published schema, contain no more than 2,000 rows and contain business-company data only. Personal, confidential, sensitive, malicious or unlawfully obtained data is prohibited. AutoLab may reject an unsafe, unsupported or non-conforming file before processing.
6. Delivery target
The intended target is delivery within two working days after the file is accepted. This is a target, not a service-level agreement. A delivery period does not begin while a replacement file or customer clarification is required.
7. Customer responsibility
The customer remains responsible for the source, lawfulness and permitted use of its data, for reviewing flagged rows, and for decisions made from the output. The customer grants AutoLab a limited licence to process the submitted file only to deliver and secure the order.
8. Accuracy and limitations
Normalisation, classification and prioritisation are deterministic and explainable but may be incomplete or require review. AutoLab does not warrant external freshness, verified contacts, fitness for a particular campaign, sales conversion or a commercial outcome.
9. File deletion and records
Uploaded and generated files are designed to be deleted 24 hours after delivery. Minimum order, payment, audit and suppression metadata may be retained where needed for legal obligations, security, dispute handling and objections.
10. Customer workspace
Where enabled, AutoLab provides passwordless access by sending a single-use link to the verified checkout email. The link expires after 15 minutes and the browser session expires after 24 hours. The customer must keep that email address accurate and notify AutoLab if it needs correcting.
11. Cancellation, rejection and refunds
Refunds, reprocessing and cancellation follow the refunds policy. That policy is the binding source once live payment opens.
12. Intellectual property
The customer retains its rights in the submitted data. QbraXO retains its rights in AutoLab, its software, rules, design and documentation. Once a live order is completed, the customer may use the delivered artefacts for its internal business purposes.
13. Liability and law
The service is provided with reasonable care, but outputs are decision-support artefacts and may require customer review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For B2B disputes, and where legally permitted, the intended venue is the courts of Benidorm, Spain.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The version accepted at checkout applies to that order. Questions can be sent to autolab@qbraxo.com.
